For a smoother dressing, use a microplane to grate the ginger. If you don't have chili oil, a pinch of red pepper flakes will work in a pinch. Toasted sesame oil adds a deeper, richer flavor than regular sesame oil. Highly recommended! This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
