For best results, use a kitchen scale to measure the flour accurately. The dough can also be made in a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it comes together. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it comes together. For a richer flavor, use milk instead of water. These rolls are best served warm. Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
