For an extra layer of flavor, try toasting the walnuts lightly before adding them to the salad. Feel free to substitute other fruits based on your preference or what's in season. Berries, grapes, or mandarin oranges would all be delicious additions. If you don't have lemon yogurt on hand, plain yogurt with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice works well too.
