Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, vinegar, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper until smooth and well combined. Quarter each pickle slice to yield 48 pieces. Set aside the sauce and pickles. (Prep time: 5 minutes)

02

Step

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. This should take about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off any excess grease if desired. Add the diced onion to the beef and continue cooking for another 2 minutes until softened. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, the remaining 1 teaspoon of salt, and the remaining ½ teaspoon of pepper. Remove from heat and set aside. (Cook time: 10 minutes)

03

Step

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla. Top with approximately ½ cup of the cooked beef mixture, 8 pieces of quartered pickle, and about 1 teaspoon of the prepared special sauce. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and tightly roll it up into a burrito. Place the burrito seam-side down on a plate. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. (Assembly time: 15 minutes)

04

Step

Lightly spray each burrito with avocado oil cooking spray and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds. Place the burritos, seam-side down, in the basket of your air fryer. (Prep time: 3 minutes)

05

Step

Air fry at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the burritos are golden brown and the tortillas are nicely toasted. (Cook time: 7 minutes)

06

Step

Serve immediately with the reserved special sauce and a generous helping of shredded romaine lettuce on the side. Enjoy! (Serving time: 2 minutes)

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the special sauce or a dash of your favorite hot sauce to the beef mixture.
Feel free to customize the fillings with other Big Mac®-inspired ingredients like finely chopped iceberg lettuce or a sprinkle of dehydrated onions.
These burritos can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a quick and easy meal later in the day. Just add a minute or two to the air frying time.
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake these burritos in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
