For a vegetarian option, omit the salami and add cubed mozzarella cheese or marinated artichoke hearts. Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference and what's in season. Diced bell peppers, cucumber, or cherry tomatoes would be excellent additions. If you don't have sour cream, you can substitute plain Greek yogurt for a tangier flavor. Make sure not to overcook the pasta, or it will become mushy in the salad. Al dente is key!
