For an even richer flavor, use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs. You may need to adjust the cooking time accordingly. If you don't have fresh sage or thyme, you can substitute 1 teaspoon of dried sage and 1 teaspoon of dried thyme. Serve with egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice to soak up the delicious sauce. A splash of apple cider vinegar at the end can brighten the flavors. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
