Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

02

Step

Combine melted butter, pecans, stevia, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 10-inch pie pan. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Bake crust in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and increase temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). (5 minutes)

04

Step

Combine pumpkin puree, eggs, sweetener, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves in a bowl and mix completely. Pour filling into pie crust. (10 minutes)

05

Step

Bake in the hot oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Continue baking until a knife inserted into the pie comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes more. (65 minutes)

06

Step

Cool for 1 hour before refrigerating. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving. (180 minutes)

For a richer flavor, try using brown butter in the crust.
If you don't have allspice, you can substitute with a pinch more of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Be careful not to overbake the pie, or the filling will crack.
Make sure the filling is fully set by checking with the knife test. If it's not, continue baking in 5-minute increments.
For a smoother filling, consider using an immersion blender to combine the ingredients.
