A spirited homage to the literary giant, this Daiquiri is a symphony of sweet and tart notes, anchored by the robust character of rum. A cocktail that tells a story with every sip.

Follow The Directions

01

Step

Chill a cocktail glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes. (15 minutes)

02

Step

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

03

Step

Add the rum, lime juice, maraschino liqueur, and grapefruit juice to the shaker.

04

Step

Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted, about 15-20 seconds. (1 minute)

05

Step

Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.

06

Step

Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.

For a less tart cocktail, slightly increase the maraschino liqueur to 0.75 fluid ounce.
Use freshly squeezed lime and grapefruit juice for the best flavor.
If you don't have a cocktail shaker, you can use a tightly sealed mason jar.
