Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. (5 minutes)

02

Step
2 mins

Place the sweet potato on the prepared baking sheet. Using a fork, pierce the sweet potato multiple times to allow steam to escape during baking. This prevents it from bursting. (2 minutes)

03

Step
1 hrs

Bake until the sweet potato is tender when pierced with a fork, approximately 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool until it is comfortable to handle, about 10 minutes. (60 minutes)

04

Step
5 mins

Once cooled, cut the sweet potato in half and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip the sweet potato flesh until smooth and creamy. (5 minutes)

05

Step
3 mins

Add the vanilla Greek yogurt, orange juice, peanut butter, and ground cinnamon to the bowl. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and homogenous. (3 minutes)

06

Step
2 mins

Spoon the sweet potato dip into a serving bowl and serve immediately with your choice of dippers. Enjoy! (2 minutes)

For a smoother dip, ensure the sweet potato is completely cooled before mixing.
Adjust the amount of cinnamon to your preference. A pinch of nutmeg can also be a nice addition.
If you don't have vanilla Greek yogurt, plain Greek yogurt with a touch of vanilla extract works well too.
Experiment with different nut butters like almond or cashew butter for a unique flavor profile.
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir well before serving.
