For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. If you don't have a pizza stone, a baking sheet will also work, although the crust may not be quite as crispy. Feel free to substitute other vegetables, such as mushrooms or bell peppers, for the broccoli and tomato.
