Follow The Directions

01

Step
30 mins

Place a pizza stone on the bottom rack of your oven. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
5 mins

Stretch pizza dough into a round disk on a floured surface. Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil over dough. Sprinkle minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top. (10 minutes)

03

Step
2 mins

Cover dough with Italian cheese blend and dollops of ricotta. Scatter broccoli and tomato over cheese. Swirl remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over pizza. (5 minutes)

04

Step
5 mins

Transfer pizza to the preheated pizza stone and bake until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. (20 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
If you don't have a pizza stone, a baking sheet will also work, although the crust may not be quite as crispy.
Feel free to substitute other vegetables, such as mushrooms or bell peppers, for the broccoli and tomato.

This pizza was surprisingly delicious! The whole-wheat crust added a nice nutty flavor, and the broccoli was a great addition.
