Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly. (30 minutes)

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars. For best results, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. (120 minutes)

For a smoother filling, ensure your silken tofu is well-drained and blended thoroughly.
Freshly squeezed lime juice will provide the best flavor.
If you prefer a firmer crust, bake it for 10 minutes before adding the filling.
A dusting of confectioners' sugar on top adds an elegant touch.
