For best results, use firm or extra-firm tofu and press out as much water as possible before marinating. Feel free to adjust the amount of sesame seeds to your liking. This baked tofu is delicious served in salads, wraps, bowls, or as a standalone appetizer. Store leftover baked tofu in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
