Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a glass bowl, whisk together olive oil, smokehouse maple seasoning, and lemon juice. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Add shrimp to the mixture and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. (15 minutes)

03

Step

In a separate small bowl, whisk together extra-virgin olive oil, honey, lime juice, cilantro, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the vinaigrette. Set aside. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Grill the shrimp skewers until they turn pink and opaque, approximately 2 minutes per side. Remove from skewers and set aside. (4 minutes)

06

Step

In a large salad bowl, arrange the mixed greens as a base. Artfully arrange cucumber, corn, tomato, red onion, and avocado on top of the greens. (5 minutes)

07

Step

Pile the grilled shrimp in the center of the salad. Drizzle generously with the cilantro-lime vinaigrette and gently toss to combine. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture. (3 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, try grilling the corn on the cob before cutting it off for the salad.
Feel free to adjust the amount of honey in the vinaigrette to suit your preference.
If you don't have skewers, you can grill the shrimp directly on the grill grates, but be sure to watch them closely to prevent overcooking.
The smokehouse maple seasoning adds a unique sweetness and smoky flavor, but you can substitute with smoked paprika and a touch of maple syrup if needed.
