For a richer coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee. If you don't have dark rum, brandy or coffee liqueur can be substituted. To make this recipe ahead of time, assemble the tiramisu and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before adding the whipped cream and white chocolate. For a less sweet tiramisu, reduce the amount of Sugar In The Raw® slightly.
