Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, minced onion, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, fresh parsley, fresh oregano, fresh dill, ground coriander, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Use your hands to mix until just blended, being careful not to overwork the mixture. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Shape the meat mixture into balls, approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Arrange the meatballs evenly on the prepared baking sheet. (10 minutes)

04

Step

Lightly spray the meatballs with olive oil cooking spray. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake until the meatballs are beautifully browned and cooked through, about 40 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). (40 minutes)

05

Step

Remove the meatballs from the oven and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease. Allow them to cool slightly before serving. Garnish generously with freshly chopped parsley. (5 minutes)

For an extra depth of flavor, try browning the meatballs in a skillet with a little olive oil before baking.
Serve with warm pita bread, sliced tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and a generous dollop of homemade or store-bought tzatziki sauce.
These meatballs can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
Feel free to adjust the herbs and spices to your personal preference. A pinch of red pepper flakes can add a touch of heat.
