Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
10 mins

Spoon 1/2 the shredded pork onto each tortilla; top each with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce, 4 Cheddar cheese halves, 1/2 the onion rings, salt, and pepper. Fold opposing edges of each tortilla to overlap the filling. Roll 1 of the opposing edges around the filling into a burrito-shape. Wrap each tightly with aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. (10 minutes)

03

Step
20 mins

Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through and cheese is melted, 15 to 20 minutes. Cut each wrap in half to serve.

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of smoked paprika or a dash of hot sauce to the pork filling.
Experiment with different cheeses like Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack for a unique twist.
If you don't have an oven, you can also grill these wraps in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
