For a more intense strawberry flavor, use high-quality, ripe strawberries. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries. If you don't have a food processor, a high-powered blender can also be used. To prevent ice crystals from forming, cover the sherbet with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface, before freezing.
