Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly spray a 12-cup standard muffin tin with cooking spray. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Crack 1 egg into each muffin cup. In each cup, stir in 2 tablespoons of the shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of diced ham, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the mini quiches are set and display a lovely golden-yellow hue, approximately 15 minutes. (15 minutes)

For an extra touch of flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg or a dash of hot sauce to each mini quiche before baking.
Feel free to substitute the ham with cooked bacon, sausage, or your favorite vegetables. Get creative with your cheese selection as well! Gruyere, Swiss, or Monterey Jack would all be delicious alternatives.
These mini quiches can be made ahead of time and reheated. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until warmed through.
