For a crisper crust, try spritzing the inside of the Dutch oven with water before adding the dough. If you prefer a slightly sweeter bread, increase the agave nectar to 2 teaspoons. Using a slightly higher hydration (adding 1-2 tablespoons more water) can result in a more open crumb.
