Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
10 mins

Trim stems off Brussels sprouts. Quarter large sprouts lengthwise; halve small ones. Rinse and dry thoroughly. (10 minutes)

03

Step
5 mins

Toss sprouts in a bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Spread out on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. (5 minutes)

04

Step
20 mins

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, removing any loose leaves after 5 minutes and turning whole sprouts every 5 minutes for even cooking. (20 minutes)

05

Step
5 mins

Make dressing: In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons olive oil, lemon zest and juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, brown mustard, and 1 teaspoon smoked paprika until well combined and emulsified. (5 minutes)

06

Step
5 mins

Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts and any crispy, loose leaves to a serving bowl. Pour the dressing over the sprouts and toss gently to combine, ensuring every sprout is coated in the luscious Caesar dressing. Serve immediately, or chill for later enjoyment. (5 minutes)

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing.
Toasting the Parmesan cheese lightly before adding it to the dressing will add some nutty flavor notes.
If you don’t have smoked paprika, regular paprika will work in a pinch, but the smoky flavor really elevates the dish.
Feel free to add other toppings like crispy bacon bits or toasted pine nuts for added texture and flavor.
