Feel free to customize the vegetables according to your preference and what you have on hand. Potatoes, green beans, or spinach would also be delicious additions. If you don't have Worcestershire sauce, a splash of soy sauce or balsamic vinegar can be used as a substitute. Store leftover soup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It also freezes well for longer storage.
