Feel free to experiment with other fruit and gelatin combinations. Raspberry gelatin with raspberries, or peach gelatin with peaches would be delicious. For a richer flavor, use melted butter instead of margarine. If the top starts to brown too quickly, tent the baking dish loosely with foil during the last 15 minutes of baking.
