Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a serving plate. Garnish generously with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with the prepared dipping sauce.

For extra crispy potatoes, ensure they are arranged in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Adjust the seasonings to your preference. A pinch of cayenne pepper in the dipping sauce adds a delightful kick.
Feel free to experiment with different herbs in the dipping sauce, such as dill, chives, or cilantro.
