For a spicier kick, leave some of the seeds in the peppers. If you can't find Hungarian hot peppers, banana peppers are a good substitute. The stuffing can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Serve these peppers with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
