For an extra chill, freeze the strawberries for about 15-20 minutes before blending. If you prefer a tangier lassi, substitute Greek yogurt for the low-fat yogurt. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries. If you don't have cardamom, a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg also works nicely.
