For extra crispy skin, pat the wings dry with paper towels before grilling. Adjust the amount of chile paste to your preference for heat. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, blue cheese, or even more chili sauce!). These wings can also be baked in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
