Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the Broiler: Position the oven rack approximately 6 inches from the broiler. Preheat the broiler to high. Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. (Time: 5 minutes)

02

Step

Assemble the Pretzel Bites: Arrange the Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps® on the prepared baking sheet. Top each pretzel crisp with a marshmallow half. (Time: 2 minutes)

03

Step

Broil to Golden Perfection: Place the baking sheet under the preheated broiler. Watch carefully and broil until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. (Time: 30 seconds - 1 minute)

04

Step

Melt the Chocolate: In a double boiler or a heat-safe bowl set over a simmering pot of water (making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water), combine the semisweet chocolate chips and butter. Stir frequently until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy. (Time: 3-5 minutes)

05

Step

Drizzle and Serve: Remove the pretzel crisps from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the toasted marshmallows. Allow the chocolate to set slightly before serving. (Time: 5 minutes)

For an extra touch of flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the melted chocolate before it sets.
If you don't have a double boiler, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, to prevent burning.
Store any leftover pretzel crisps in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain their crispness.
Experiment with different types of chocolate, such as dark chocolate or milk chocolate, to customize the flavor profile.
Add a thin layer of peanut butter between the pretzel and marshmallow for a nutty flavor boost.

Using a double boiler made the chocolate so smooth and easy to drizzle.

The broiler worked perfectly, but you really have to keep an eye on them.

I didn't have pretzel crisps, so I used regular pretzels. They were still delicious!
