Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade, discarding the used sauce. Place the marinated chicken cutlets onto the preheated grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through. For an extra burst of flavor, brush with additional buffalo wing sauce during the last few minutes of grilling. During the last minute of cooking, top each chicken piece with 2 quarters of American cheese, allowing it to melt slightly. (Cooking time: 10-12 minutes)
