Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the Crust: Combine peanut butter, melted butter, and brown sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until melted and evenly combined (approximately 45 seconds).

02

Step

Create the Crumb Base: Add finely crushed graham cracker crumbs to a pie plate. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crumbs and stir to combine. Flatten the crust into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate using the back of a spoon.

03

Step

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine sweetened condensed milk, softened cream cheese, and chocolate syrup on low speed until well combined.

04

Step

Prepare the Chocolate Ganache: Combine dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave on 50% power, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted and smooth (approximately 1 minute).

05

Step

Combine and Chill: Mix the chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture on low speed, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until the filling is smooth. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.

06

Step

Refrigerate: Refrigerate the pie until completely chilled, at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the filling to set.

For an extra touch, sprinkle some chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings on top before chilling.
Use a high-quality chocolate for the ganache to elevate the flavor profile.
If you don't have a microwave, you can melt the butter and chocolate mixtures in a double boiler or over a saucepan of simmering water.
