For a smoother dressing, consider using an immersion blender directly in the jar after shaking. Be careful to ensure the jar is heat-safe if you've recently washed it with hot water. Experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the flavor profile. A dash of Dijon mustard can also add depth and creaminess. If you don't have fresh herbs, dried herbs can be substituted. Use about 1/2 teaspoon of each dried herb. This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before each use as the ingredients may separate.
